This subfolder holds our strategy and planning documents about the university handover. It is for internal use, not for the institution.

• positioning-and-strategy.md — How to present the system, what the real win is, 12-month commitment, portability, security framing. Use when preparing demos and meetings.
• files-to-remove-and-leave.md — When the institution accepts and takes over (or when we re-branch for another client): which files in docs/university/ to remove (our plans about them) and which to leave as-is or give to them.

Nothing here is required to run the product; it’s all about how we approach and hand over to this institution.
