For the Institution
This subfolder contains documents for the university (or target institution): training, administration, support, and any institution-specific material we give them.
Purpose
- Training — How to use the system (roles, workflows, maintenance requests).
- Administration — How to manage users, roles, and system settings.
- Support — How to get help, escalation, and what’s in scope for the 12-month commitment.
- Branding / customisation — Logo, name, and any institution-specific UI notes (if documented here).
Contents
Add here:
- Training guides and walkthroughs
- Admin and operations guides for their IT
- Support and maintenance scope (or link to handover checklist)
- Any institution-specific runbooks or FAQs
Relevant main docs to point them to (generic, not university-specific):
- Data retention and privacy: docs/security/data-retention-and-privacy.md — retention periods, privacy/compliance alignment, data subject rights.
- Incidents and backups: docs/guides/runbook.md — incident response, rollback, backup strategy (including optional R2 backup copy).
- System and infrastructure overview: docs/architecture/system-map.md — high-level system map and infrastructure diagram.
Main technical documentation (API, deployment, architecture) stays in the root docs/ tree and is generic; this folder is for their facing material only.
